And then people invest into that nation that does not innovate nor manufacture much of anything of export quality (how many Indian brands do you see in shops in Western countries?). A nation that does not have enough talent nor drive to even score any medals in olympics. A nation where a convicted criminal can set themselves up as a candidate for election (and such have been elected into office there - see the last Commonwealth Games held in India for evidence on how well they manage large projects). In fact it is a nation that would not even have any technology if it had not been given them from elsewhere.

When people want to seek evidence to buttress their conviction or agenda, they can always find that in any country among any people.

Yes...it is bad...and I told that they should legalize child labor (age 12 or over) but allowed to work only for 6 hours MAXIMUM and simultaneous enrollment in a school. Kids in US work in McDonalds after 14, so why not in India?
