This is a skewed story. Kamaraj was indeed a great leader from the south who was honest and a bachelor with no hangers on to be corrupt for like present day congress leaders. This his distant relative is in dire straits is unfortunate and is the story with many others in India. To write this story with an angle that this man deserves help because he is Kamaraj's relative is however crazy

Mohan took advantage of the fact that he is related to Kamaraj. There are hundreds of thousands of equally deserving poor families which are in need of help. So what if this man was related to an upright and visionary leaders like Kamaraj?

in contemporary times, honest politician is an oxymoron, i should think, rishi; one of my school teachers used to say that in the future 'honesty and sincerity will not be found anywhere, including the dictionary' - one didn't realize that it would be so soon.

No one says Nehru was a great leader from north. Why say Kamaraj was a great leader from South
