So what are you implying ? The actress was lying and that is why she withdrew her complaint?  I know your line of thinking...and that is not a surprise either.

Of course he is at fault. I would have supported any requisite punishment given to him. But since Shweta has forgiven him after his repeated private and public apologies it is best to put this behind us now.
