ugh! what nonsense is this? seems like a few gundu maamis and toppai maamas are getting ready for a kozha aDi sandai. lungi is being folded multiple times - all very threatening. maamis beware!

What's so funny or threatening about wearing lungi over jeans or pants? I didn't understand what that enactment was about.
