In India, most pet lovers raise dogs for "security" and trained to bark and attack intruders. When the dogs fall ill and not strong enough to atatck, they are "laid off" work. These unemployed pet dogs then become homless and do the only thing that they were trained to do - bark and run after kids, adults and anyone they think look different.

What else to do - short of prosecuting the original owners - yeah rite...Razz
