Prophecies of HarHarMahaDev!

By the end of this decade, human civilization will hit a peak in population. From that point onwards, population will decline; steadily at first and sharply thereafter. The decline will continue for a few hundred years until it becomes a sixth of what it is today.
Over the next few decades, there will be a dramatic increase in use of energy and dramatic reduction in access to cheaply available energy resources. This disparity will cause enormous strain on human civilization; which will culminate in World War III - which will be called The Great War.
The growth of technology will peak in the coming years and will stall thereafter. The internet will not remain free.
Until The Great War, corporations will form the power base. The Great War will be sponsored by conglomerates attempting to seize access to natural resources. War Leaders will emerge from within corporations. Governments will become administrators and stooges for corporations. Religion won't play much of a role in The Great War. Globalization will continue until The Great War. After the war, the world will, once again, become polarized.
Until the Great War, wealth disparity will continue to increase. The rich will become richer and poor poorer.
The destruction from The Great War will be apocalyptic. The war will be an equalizer. There will be colossal loss of wealth and power. Urban societies will be destroyed. Governments will be decimated. Human civilization will not remain the same thereafter. The world order will be reset. People will flee from urban areas and form new communities and societies. There will be a Global Renaissance.
Gold will become the global currency.

In the past, religion was an effective tool to corral the masses and rally them into war. It won't be the driver for The Great War.
