because their earnings look shitty. it's a has-been (some say never-been) tech company, much like mr softie. tired management, hubris filled execs from 1990s....

btw, did you notice that desis are largely absent in the web3.0 revolution? lots of them were on forefront of the networking and web1.0 but totally missing in the social networking mania.
