The down-to-earth people who keep an open mind are the hardest to manipulate (or manipulate for long). They don't even need to be too smart. Among others, some figure it out eventually. Yet others never do, those are the ones that surprise me the most, but then do they deserve it?

good god, get yourself a chai tea latte and egg white omlette with raw shredded carrot and broccoli lightly sprinkled with cheese and rolled up in a wheat tortilla. cuz the vegs are raw, they give you a crunchy texture without any dripping or sloppiness, the cheese gives a taste of salt, but really I'm having it at home with a nice gob of feta cheese for the extra salt and tang.

That reads really good. I seriously think you should write food porn. Awesome writing.

Getting manipulated/cheated has nothing to do with intelligence or smartness. It has to do with one's nature to trust others. That's a good quality to have. If others take advantage of this quality and manipulate them, then to hell with those manipulators. The manipulated ones may be hurt for a while, but they have a clear conscience and they come out as winners in the long run, all the time.

Haha. lol. On 92.3 now every morning there is a segment called breakfast with Brian. Some caller tells him what they ate. And then he describes the food in porno double meaning sense and the caller responds. Whoever laughs first loses. I usually tune out whenever that segment airs though. But I picked up the word food porn from there.

Sometimes the manipulation is used to affect others too. Hence one wants to be careful when you interact with one person based solely on what other person has impressed upon you.

Money is often used for manipulation. In a sense it is money-pull-ation.
