Suppose this happened in Sri Lankan capital Colombo. " Indian diplomat arrested in the streets of Colombo in front of her 7 year old son for submissting false documents"


Will Hindian mobs burn flags and effigies of Sri Lankan President in their streets? (The Washington Post photo shows mobs with hindi signs)

Will Indian gov make a big fuss about it, remove security barriers around Sri Lankam embassy and remove privileges for Sri Lankan diplomats?


Ldet us see. A few hundred Tamil Nadu fishermen have been shot and killed by Sri Lankan Navy. Chief Ministers Karunanidhi and Jayalalitha have written dozens of lettersto Indian PM demanding action. All political leaders in Tamil Nadu (from every party including BJP and Congress) want India to take action.

WhaT IS Indian gov response? We want to have friendly relations with Sri Lanka. Why not the same considewration with America. Does India want friendly relation with America?

Or the reason is a north Indian diplomat arrest/strip search is more than the lives of over 200 Tamil Nadu fishermem?
