BTW, have you seen Luther? Idris Elba. I am watching the series on Netflix and I love it so far. Just watched season 1.

both of you will like it. he is a brooder and the series is generally dark but there is something about the pace!
 
Anyway, in other news, this inspired me to order the first three books in the series from amazon:

impy, i watched several episodes of luther. it is quite slick and as you said, rather dark. i liked it.
