Shankar Rao has learnt a lesson or two from other AP CONartists from yesteryear.
Those sycophants are used to carrying money bags to Delhi on a weekly basis and getting orders from the queen.
This guy is a Dalit and thinks that that if he apple polishes MT, she will make him the first CM of Telangana.
Hopefully Shankar Rao and MT will cry in chorus after the 2014 election.

I want to build the temple so that people can offer prayers to Sonia Gandhi every day for ending the dominance of Seemandhra leadership over Telangana.

Caste or varna was certainly created by man and has resulted in different sub-cultures.
But cultures always change.

I think Shankar Rao should make MT statue more traditional, like those in Khajuraho. Then the devotees will be admire the pallu-less statue much more.
