the cop is going to walk. after all this is florida. he was probably standing his ground. or should i say sitting his seat?

Nope. Not happening.
You can't (go out) bring a gun (back) to a movie theatre and shoot an unarmed non threatening man for texting on phone...
...unless offcourse if you are able to plead insanity.

i think he will go for self defense as the victim threw a bag of popcorn at him. moral of the story, when arguing w/anyone in public in my trigger-happy country, don't even try to move ur hands anywhere.

If only the victim and everyone around was also packing a piece, this would never have happened. Just goes to show that if you don't exercise certain constitutionally guaranteed rights, you might end up paying a very steep price...
