Interesting website on economics and strategic affairs

An interesting article in this website from Jaswant Singh

India's Decade of Decay
Jaswant Singh has been too charitable to MMS. Dr MMS and Congress party chiefs
also presided over Congress Party's
Mockery of the Indian constitution (where one community was openly given preference despite constitution declaring all as equals),
Misuse of Federal Institutions for narrow political ends,
Neglect and lack of support for India's national security apparatus,
complete lack of focus in Foreign policy matters with no clear enunciation of national interest,
and a decade of partisan divisive politics, where every aspect of governance was taken only keeping Congress Party's Votebanks in Mind, rather than all sections of the people.
Ironically such blatant divisive politics was couched under the term "inclusive Growth".

Raw
I will read the links a little later. But the highlighted list of so called divisive issues highlight bjp's failure to understand aam aadmi.
Common man in India is concerned about economic opportunity or job,
Food security and personal safety,
women's ability to marry and walk around freely,
Water for drinking and irrigation and transportation facilities etc.
The above issues fall into 1 to 10 important economic and survival issues.
The list you highlighted are issued too. But they figure somewhere between 80 to 100 on importance to the common man 's worries.
Bjp. And its ardent supporters still fail to understand India. No wonder Congress with its failed policies and corrupt methods ran the country for 60 out of 66 years.
