Mertz, who teaches at Norfolk Country Agricultural High School, was cuffed Wednesday afternoon on charges of open and gross lewdness and disturbing the peace. He has reportedly been placed on administrative leave from work.

You cant... they are placed on leave until an "impartial" inquiry finds enough legal grounds to fire the person. He gets paid so that he does not come back and claim back pay + punitive damages + emotional distress running into millions. 100K is a small insurance to pay against millions in possible damages.

In private companies they hush up such wrong doings and see if they go away, if not then try to getthe guy fired for other reasons. That is what they tried to do with Phanesh the Phallus Murthy but the hush up did not work as the secretaries in AMRIKAA and their lawyers knew how to fleece. Infy would have gotten away easily bcz such things are routine in the IT industry even at the manager level.

This wasn’t Mertz’s first nudity-related offence. In 2012, he was arrested for a similar flashing incident in Natick, Mass., according to MyFoxBoston.

I guess he can blame it on some kind of mental illness and claim disability.

Now he is doing it again.

It means the investigation into his first "drama" ended up inconclusive and could not be fired. Unless one looks into that report, no one will know what happened. Of course, that report in itself will be "personnel" and protected for "Privacy".

Hopefully, he will be thrown in jail this time with some extra careful prosecution.
