....New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Sunday expressed shock over the boat tragedy that took place in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and asked all central agencies to assist in rescue operations.

The easiest job in the entire world. So, none of the central agencies would assist if they were not asked?
