1. BIRTH CERTIFICATE    2. PASSPORT    3. FITNESS CERTIFICATE    4. UNMARRIED STATUS AFFIDAVIT    5. PROOF OF RESIDENCE

What the eff is this?? What era are we living in??

We need to be teaching our girls how to survive in this world.. to stand up and be counted in sports, academics and achievements..

What self respecting woman would fill out and sign such a document??
