Always very impressed with the chief minister. Big fan of hers. She
turned the whole state around. She leads a simple life. Helps poor.
Keeps law and order in check. Fights corruption at all levels. Can't
wait for the day when she becomes the Prime Minister. She had issues in
her earlier administrations, but the current administration is totally
different. May God give her all strength to continue to serve the state
and the nation.

She is a dictator and a tyrant, while Modi is just a dictator (but give him time to take ownership of BJP)

I understand that the city of Chennai, in 2014, is still inadequately supplied with drinking water and electricity, its air smells of the sewage- and garbage-filled Cooum river, and there is no garbage disposal service. Was this lady "forced by circumstances" to be incompetent and negligent? What was she doing during her terms as chief minister?
