Continuing his tirade against RSS, AICC general secretary Digvijay
Singh dared it to prove its participation in the India's freedom
struggle.
The RSS, he said, was engaged in spying for the British during the
freedom struggle when freedom fighter Chandrashekhar Azad was fighting
against the foreign rule. He was obliquely alluding to the BJP's 'Azad
Sandesh Yatra' in Bhabhra where the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh
addresed a rally of tribals.
"Let it come out with at least five names of its members who fought
the freedom struggle" Digvijay Singh said, addressing a protest rally of
party workers in Narasingarh on Saturday against recent assault on him
in Ujjain.
According to the senior Congress leader, the party had
made immense contributions to protect the nation. Congress leaders like
Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi sacrificed their lives fighting against
terror, he added.
He wondered why only those Hindus connected with RSS are caught in
connection with terror, asking the organization to come clean about its
activities.
The former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh also claimed himself as a
true Hindu who followed the practice of the religion and blamed the BJP
for politicizing the great religion.
The former CM also said, the party would fight against the
government's terror. He also appealed the party cadres to expose the
corrupt practices of the ruling BJP in the state.

boji - the word "muslims" is not an analog of "RSS" any more than "hindus" is an analog for "al qaeda".
