That's what can happen when the Govt. and politicians introduce and continue with the short-sighted and flawed policies for the sake of votes,

Yeah, right!
The politicians are already campaigning in the elections promising to give separate quotas to women in education and jobs and even have the private sector quotas (in addition to the existing public sector quotas) for the OBC and SC/ST.
