congress does not have to spend money to get people to meetings in seemandhra. people are refusing to come to congress gatherings despite being offered lot of money. it is good for congress that it does not have to spend money in seemandhra. in fact there were suggestions for congress to close shop in seemandhra.

It is good news for CheeLanjaIvi, not for CONparty. He is probably pocketing the money. CONwoman must be crying that the money is being "looted" by the guy and that she can't openly complain about it (black money).

If she were smart, she would have appointed Vadra as the campaign manager in AP to keep the money in the family.
