several members belonging in the "immediate circle" of osama were captured in pakistan by the ISI. osama has threatened the very integrity of their own country. why would we want to protect him? this is what the paki govt says when questioned about the involvement...

also, what is going to happen to the "rewards for justice" program wrt his capture?

I think those released to roam in Wazirstan will be back in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and other cities. Those cities are relatively safer for them. Otherwise they might get fried in those drone attacks.
Also those mullahs want only others for suicide missions and other dangerous assignments. They keep their own children at home in relative comfort.
Even Osama Bin Laden is reported to have drafted a will wherein he asked his kids to stay away form Al Queda. He is also reported to have ordered his wives not to remarry.
