i just checked wikipedia. it seems he is OK. OK means a lot in the indian tradition, though sometimes it means OK too. i think in this case OK means OK.

i know he is back in India after treatment in Singapore. As if facilities in Chennai are not world class. May be he went there for privacy reasons.

yes he did. he stayed back in s'pore for 2 weeks after his discharge and before returning to chennai (on 13th july). after that he fell ill (right after impy visited him to pay her respects).
