Lucky wife. Now she can have two husbands and lead a satisfying life.

Legally, of course, she is married to the first husband and the second marriage is no longer valid.

Isn't 10 years enough to deem a person as "legally dead"? So Hubby #1 is out of luck because he is a year late.
