income inequality
liberals talk like to about income inequality like to sweep away the persistent research on how single parent households affect it since it doesnt fit their agenda:

Re: income inequality
Haha..you still after those parasitic single moms? Why don't you just get rid of them and their illegitimate spawn to strike a blow for bridging the income gap?

ah, the libby sense of humor that reduces everything to racism and class warfare when the points made are inconvenient to their world view.

Re: income inequality
Does it take a rocket scientist to figure out that income of two parent households will be a lot higher when vast majority of those households have two incomes. Instead they should switch their attention to
1. Why 82% of households have turned into two income families since the '70s when 75% of the households were single income.
2. Why marriages with single income get divorced at a rate 14% above average, the highest of any income split.
3. What percentage of those single-income-two-parents-with-children households are above the poverty line?

All valid points and applicable not just to the US but to India as well. The days of one parent working and the other staying at home to take care of the family are nearing extinction.
