Black card...is it worth it? Empty Black card...is it worth it?

I got an offer to sign up for a Black Card American Express. The membership fee is like $4950 pa and there is additional sign-up fee and stuff for $750. The interest rate is, generally speaking, worse than a normal card. So I was wondering if there was any point to signing up for a black card.



Anyone can shed some light regarding the black card?
