He should be first asked to explain his reading of Quran to the OIC representatives at their next meeting, and the sentencing recommendation with justifications should be left to that august body. Rest of the world should just hope for the best outcome.

I agree...the world should just ask OIC to form a court to try any muslims that are caught in terrorist event planning or execution. that way they can formulate their own rules and definitions. our wapo comrade will love this totally and there will be more google links to show to the world when some right winger limp wristers make noise about islamic terrorism and such

There was a discussion on NPR, per one of the participants, in Nigeria security, and even the police is under federal govt's control local governments don't have any say. Federal govt. turned blind eye to thei incident given local government's support to opposition parties and to use it against them.
