The historical interview Empty The historical interview

I think this interview changed the course of the elections, maybe India's history and may as well be considered the tombstone for the nehru dynasty's grave. Rahul was very well shielded until this first interview of his. After watching it, people knew at once what was in store for them and terrified by the prospect of Rahul leading the country. i am sure this interview made millions of the urban educated switch loyalties to Modi. This is worse than Sarah palin's interview with katie curric.

But, rahul's interview was published in all regional newspapers and local language TV stations outlining his "message" in small villages and towns, people going to the corner Tea stall for a morning tea+reading newspapers+discussing/arguing is very common to this day (used to be my hobby as a small boy whenever I visited my grandparents in the village - in fact, I sat there practically most of the afternoons under the nice cool thatched hut).

So it is very likely Rahul became "popular" on that day, as Congress(i) touted it as a rebuttal to the previous interview by Modi.
