This guy is a total Congress supporter and an avid NDA hater. He kept quiet for 10 years and now asks why NAC was allowed to do policy making. If Congress is allowed to do it, then why not NDA. They should be free to use  whoever they want. At least the hope is that NDA uses this opportunity to get technocrats and capable individuals in decision making (using some other forum akin to NAC and not NAC itself), rather than appointing prejudiced busybodies, who had no relevance to the charter, like Sonia. Sorry! the precedent has been set and it is these guys who allowed it.
