QB: my bp was lingering around 144/98...and 132/97...to some jump ups.
today it is 119/80 to 120/77 or 119/74?
been eating lots of maggi noodles...and icecream/clam chowder...but then how can it drop down so much in a day.
Munni: u need to stop eating so much.
QB: thank u mullah. today i drank a glass of banana shake and tea..and hogged on half an apple.
but blood pressure depends on cholesterol levels as well as salt intake.
77 suggests bad cholesterol of 200 and below.
99/100 suggests cholesterol levels to 240.
