Two shooters killed 3 people in las vegas (2 police officers) and shot themselves. I'm sure we will come to know about their mental health issues.

Third victim was shot when he was trying to confront the shooters with his concealed handgun. All 3 victims were armed but didn't have enough time to react.

Looks like another shooting incident took place at an Oregon high school.
