It is highly unlikely a desi woman makes up these kinds of accusations. They are most likely to be true.

I think there is truth to this allegation. But, truth and faith cannot, unfortunately, substitute for document and legal evidence.

So let us think legally and politically: "In December 2012, the police which was under the Gehlot government had filed a final report and a closure report. The same was accepted by the metropolitan magistrate in February 2014. Now, that's the fact of the case. If there is anything further, it will be replied according to law," said BJP spokesperson Siddharth Nath Singh.

Ghelot is a Congressman and he would not have let this "scumbag" escape in an election year - if it had solid evidence.

That is why there should be a change in law and create a special "Administrative Court" in every state to fast track FIRs against Govt and NGO personnel. Also, the law, while not bannign such people, should prevent them from contesting any election until the case(s) are resolved. This should prevent JJ-types to prolong the cases till death does them apart.
