This refers to how most rape allegations are made when affairs and live in relationships break down.

Re: Delhi High Court has an explanation
The Delhi High Court has held that rape cases are increasing due to failure of live-in relationship or young adults acting immaturely by getting into commitments that end up in break-ups.
LOL! So rapes are due to people living together, not being married. Good to know that it takes an institution like the Delhi High Court to make a generalized finding on the cause of rape.

what does "indulging into physical relationship" mean? perhaps the delhi high court could have listened to the order from the PMO, and written their brief in hindi instead.

Haha, but I don't think they are authorized to do that. I remember reading in the constitution that notwithstanding other language provisions in the constitution, English will be the language of the courts.MaxEntropy_Man wrote:what does "indulging into physical relationship" mean? perhaps the delhi high court could have listened to the order from the PMO, and written their brief in hindi instead.

Here is the constitutional provision...
348. Language to be used in the Supreme Court and in the High Courts and for Acts, Bills, etc.-
(1) Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing provisions of this Part, until Parliament by law otherwise provides-
(a) all proceedings in the Supreme Court and in every High Court,
(b) the authoritative texts-
(i) of all Bills to be introduced or amendments thereto to be moved in either House of Parliament or in the House or either House of the Legislature of a State,
(ii) of all Acts passed by Parliament or the Legislature of a State and of all Ordinances promulgated by the President or the Governor _304*** of a State, and
(iii) of all orders, rules, regulations and bye-laws issued under this Constitution or under any law made by Parliament or the Legislature of a State,
shall be in the English language.
Parliament has not changed that by law, so English is the language of the Supreme Court and the High Courts.
