With an aim to promote the usage of Hindi language in the working of the Central public sector enterprises in Bhopal, a workshop on Hindi was organised at the Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) here.
Speaking on the occasion, representative and president of Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC), Bhopal, Sarvesh Chaturvedi said that India holds a unique place in the world by medium of its mother-tongue. Hindi is a language in which all other languages assimilate, he added.
Secretary TOLIC Harish Singh Bagwar informed that the workshops on Hindi are organised to create awareness about rajbhasa (official language) policies among the heads of the member-organisations and make them efficient towards the delivery of rajbhasa policies.
During the workshop, General Manager, HR, BHEL, Bhopal JK Lakhina said that TOLIC is a platform where all the issues related to the implementation of rajbhasa policies are addressed.
Regional Manager, The New India Assurance Company Limited Kishore Bahane presented the vote of thanks while as Assistant Manager Shranesh Pachouri coordinated the programme.
