a nice flashback and reflection of how and why India and Iraq relation was different.

Not many might know, but EVERY year when the OIC condemned India citing Kashmir "oppression" at the behest of Lakistan, Iraq was the ONLY ONE that consistently voted against and lobbied in favor of India and against Pakistan. There is also a 16th century Sikh temple in Basra.
