..... In an act of encroachment on Indian soil, the Myanmar army allegedly shifted a pillar from the India-Myanmar border and rebuilt it at Haolenphai village, one kilometer within Indian territory. The move drew protests from villagers and civil bodies. Myanmarese farmers also felled a large number of tress at Haolenphai, along the border town of Moreh in Manipur's Chandel district, to practise Jhum (shifting) cultivation. The neighbouring country's troops have started patrolling the encroached areas.

Was Burmese PM/President invited for the inaugaration ? Why not ? aren't they our neighbors and one the Chinkus are wooing ?
