it is shameful to see some telugus on this forum gloating and calling UP BIMARU when their own state has more illiterates as a percentage of the state population.

yes , really shameful. Let me tell you a secret that I haven't told anybody in SuCH. I am a marathi. My great grandparents moved over to AP. So please can I keep calling UP to be a BIMARU ? Please please please.
