Really? Mollycoddled babus, mostly corrupt on the side, retiring on fat, inflation-indexed pensions need help to "transit smoothly to their 2nd Innings"??

Wouldn't taxpayer money be better spend hiring professional consultants who can be far more objective in assessing the outcomes of taxpayer-funded sarkari largesse than some retired insider who is already angling for his next assignment??
