The telugus in the video are probably offering prayers to Shiva--right in front of Ravana's statue--so as to please Ravana who was known to be a great Shiva bhakta. I will point out that the the aarati these telugus are doing is named after Ravana. Also one can see some of the telugus touching the feet of Ravana's statue in the video so as to take his blessings. The fact is that Shiva is not to be seen anywhere near the statue of Ravana.
