..bail and anticipatory bail should not be available for rich and powerful criminals. They have all the powers to manipulate the case more effectively from outside.

White collar criminals should be treated on par with murderers as most such criminals make horrendous money at expense of much poorer people.

Hang the entire Karunandhi clan - Talibani style. They have earned it.
