It is one thing to talk in native language to foreigners if English knowledge is weak - as in Japan, Russia and even France. When the whole world recognizes India as a English speaking country and MNC prefering India over China FOR ITS English knowledge, and when China is encouraging its citizens to learn English....

these fyucking Naarthie baffoons are doing great damage to its reputation while claiming to work on development at the same time.

I think I will have to avoid Delhi, Bombay as I used to 10-15 years ago...

Looks like your favorite leaders are heavily influenced by tughlak's policies :p I'm glad that I got a chance to see tughlak style ruling first hand
