It is one laddu wonly. 3 "heroes" trying to win a herione - a comedy movie. This movie spawned all those "two laddu ads" The heroine is a good looking Narthie girl.

The Northie directors dont want to try any new hero/heroine other than the same 5 or 6 people. In the south, the trend has been to try new heros and heoines all the time. With no kappor like family or Sivaji-MGR rivalry, most are from non-filmy background. That is one reason why so many heroes and heroines are pretty well educated. For ex, Sivakumar's son Karthi has a MS from Binghampton Univ (SUNY), Bindumadhavi, Srikant, Arya, Kanika are all engineers from decent universities).
