There is no case.... This has been done ROUTINELY since the days of Indira who actually perfected the art of dismissing opposition ruled govts AND replacing all the governors after an elections. Janata party did the same in 1977, and Indira returned the favor in 1980.

Still white skin loving CONmen are taking orders from the "High Command"

Governors are Hindian agents, They are not elected by the people. BJP won 1 seat in alliance with 2 pro-Tamil parties. It would have lost deposit if it contested alone, as it did in the past. What legitimacy does it have to appooint Tamil Nadu governor who could dismiss the chief minister elected by the people?

Governor position is undewmocratic.
