The test for men is simple because it's visual. 
However, proving frigidity may require medical specialists.

Then there is the issue of a man with a pure heart - the kind who sees the divine mother in his wife on his wedding night and blurts out "ayigiri nandini." How to do justice there?

And all this has to be squared with "equality under law, and equal protection under law." 

Clearly, the Supreme Court in Delhi should be moved to sort these pesky issues out.
