...Jaitley had to skip a meeting of finance ministers from the Group of 20 nations in Australia last weekend after gastric bypass surgery to treat weight gain he has suffered because of a long-standing diabetic condition.

How heavy this moron ?  gastric by-pass ???? is this guy some 400+ pounder? He was only 118kg (approx 260#). he is lighter than I am. Can't he lose weight w/o a gastric by-pass if he wants to? Lazy fat bum.

At this rate, it looks like Advani is the only one how is healthy.

P.S. Is this Jaitley related to Jaya Jaitley in any way ?
