Some people are so good in portraying the damsel in distress routine that nobody not even their best friends have any inkling about all the scheming and plotting that goes in the background to achieve what they want. And they have the whole world eating out of their hand. You have to admire their smartness and tactics in pulling it off.

these are powerless, dependent, not-so-intelligent women. they are cunning, and play the damsel-in-distress role in order to survive. i wouldn't be surprised if all the women you know are of this kind. nearly all the women here are.
