Pussy Galore Empty Pussy Galore

In the James Bond book "Goldfinger"  the name of Bond's love interest is Pussy Galore. When the book was made into a film ( starring Sean Connery) the film makers decided to retain this name in the movie.
The result was that the film was not cleared for screening in the US--just because of the name of Bond's girl.
The producers were in a fix. They would lose a lot of money if the movie was not screened in the US since the US was a huge market for a Bond film.
So the producers hit upon an idea. They got Honor Blackman ( who played Pussy Galore in the film) to be near Prince Charles on some social occasion. The next day British newspapers contained pictures of the two with the caption "The Pussy and the Prince". Shortly after this the Americans cleared the movie for screening.

The meaning of galore is "abundant" or "plentiful".
