This Univ. also has a significant number of non-Muslim male students. That could also be the reason in having the girls, mostly Muslims, kept out of the main library (a hang out for many male students, Muslim and non-Muslim).

Yeah... When did Boys start going to the libraries ? In fact, they should encourage ALL girls to go to library in the hope the boys also will go to library. Any hanky panky can be monitored and (reasonable) silence will have to be maintained.

Why is that whenever there is a discussion / controversy related to some custom or issue involving the Muslims, others (non-Muslims) also are dragged into it, such as people giving the explanation that it's not just the Muslims doing or having such things, but others also have same / similar things / issues?
