Solar Road Empty Solar Road

The idea seems viable for Bike Paths, footpaths ,and other pavements that carry light load.
However, it is unclear what kind of efficiency it would get, since the efficiency would be drastically reduced if there is dust/dirt on the road.

Similarly train tops could carry solar cells. Wonder why nobody thought of that. Being centrally maintained, it could be kept clean.
