Are you aware of the scientific theory which says that the (magnetic) North Pole was once the South Pole, before moving in the northern direction and becoming the North Pole? Perhaps it could have passed through India while going from south to north and it even existed for a brief period in that region. Thus, theoretically and scientifically, the above statement "the North Pole was originally in India" has some validity.

Ask a knowledgeable geologist for explanation on the above. There might even be some kind of ancient magnetic "footprint" of North Pole in India's rock formations indicating that North Pole indeed existed in that region long ago, even if briefly.
