How is it the 36th amendment was able to repeal the 35th Amendment in the Indian constitution and now one protests that now, but when it comes to Article 370 there is such a hue and cry?

Why do you want Jammu & Kashmir as any other Indian state?

Why do you want rights to purchase land in Jammu & Kashmir?

I have seen, people who want the above in Jammu & Kashmir have problems with Article 370.

the entire indian constitution must be scrapped. it never got approved by the people.
